Serenity Engage is a HIPAA-compliant private group messaging application for senior care, bringing families and care teams together in collaborative communication. Katherine Wells is the Founder and CEO of Serenity Engage. Coming from the tech world where teams have solved the problem of talking to each other, she shares her personal story and experience to bring Serenity Engage to the senior living industry. Katherine is a startup entrepreneur, thought leader and podcaster in the senior care space. She is dedicated to improving the way we all age, which requires disrupting the status quo in today’s senior care system. She has 27 years as an executive in the software industry, ranging from startups to global organizations. Katherine brings her unique blend of corporate and entrepreneurial background together with her drive to impact the lives of our older adults. Over the last 10 years, Katherine has directly experienced the communication issues between senior living communities, providers and family, and is on a mission to solve it. She has an MBA and a dual MA in Communication and Psychology.
