My guest today is Saudia Gajadhar, Vice President of Marketing & Communications at Comfort Keepers, and (one of my favorite titles ever) their Chief Happiness Officer. Saudia has spent years building brands across healthcare and consumer worlds, Johnson & Johnson, Coca-Cola, Kellogg’s, Campbell’s, and more, but what makes this conversation so meaningful is that she’s also living this: she recently moved to Florida to help care for her parents, including her 90-year-old dad, who has dementia. She’s in that “two worlds at once” space so many of us know.
