Nicole Will is an international thought leader reshaping how we understand aging, caregiving, and connection. She is the creator of willGather and the host of the top-rated willGather podcast, amplifying the voices of older adults, family caregivers, and professionals across the care economy. With a background in Social Gerontology, leadership in senior living, and her own family caregiving experience, Nicole blends heart and strategy to challenge assumptions and illuminate what’s possible when dignity leads the way.

 

Nicole is the Head of Marketing & Strategic Partnerships at Rendever, and supports Lorenzo’s House, a global non-profit and organizations, where she helps guide conversations that push the industry forward. Through global partnerships, storytelling, and speaking, Nicole brings people and ideas together, helping organizations lead with humanity, clarity, and a renewed vision for how we age and care.
