Nicole Will is an international thought leader reshaping how we understand aging, caregiving, and connection. She is the creator of willGather and the host of the top-rated willGather podcast, amplifying the voices of older adults, family caregivers, and professionals across the care economy. With a background in Social Gerontology, leadership in senior living, and her own family caregiving experience, Nicole blends heart and strategy to challenge assumptions and illuminate what’s possible when dignity leads the way.

 

Nicole Will is the Head of Marketing & Partnerships at Rendever, a leader in technology that helps older adults thrive through social connection, immersive experiences, and measurable social health. She also serves on the Innovation, Medical & Science Advisory Board for Lorenzo’s House, a global nonprofit supporting families impacted by younger-onset dementia. Through global partnerships, storytelling, and speaking, Nicole brings people and ideas together, helping organizations lead with humanity, clarity, and a renewed vision for how we age and care.
