About Ben Atkinson-Willes & Relish

In 2010, product designer Ben Atkinson-Willes set up Relish to help support his grandfather who had been living with Alzheimer’s disease for over 10 years. In caring for his grandfather, Ben discovered that there was a lack of quality, age-appropriate activity products available for people living with dementia. Ben set about researching and developing a range of new ground-breaking products for adults living with dementia.

Relish now has a range of over 70 products selling in over 15 countries that support both family and professional carers to improve the quality of life of people affected by dementia.

Relish is an online retailer of dementia-friendly products and a source of information and advice for the management of all stages of dementia. Our mission is to help improve the overall wellbeing of people with dementia by providing fun, meaningful activities that help build their relationships with their family, friends and caregivers.
